Clearfield Machine Company

Client Name: Clearfield Machine Company
Project: Website Design & Development
Project Status: Complete

Clearfield Pennsylvania-based machine shop, Clearfield Machine Company contracted the website marketing experts at The Website Marketing Agency to design and develop a high-impact website that showcases their company as a world class machine shop, foundry, boiler and blacksmith shop.

The goal of the website was to communicate and tell the story the story of a company that has been in existence since 1868. It was important to develop an easy to navigate structure so that their visitors can efficiently find the information and services that are relevant to their individual needs.

It was especially important to represent and consistently incorporate branding elements that have been established throughout the companies almost 150 year history. Big bold images are placed throughout the site to compliment and help tell their story.

Engineering the site for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) success was vital when developing the overall structure of the site. Search engine success always starts with how the site is structured, coupled with the consistency of updated content. The website includes Google approved fonts, automated content areas on the homepage, and an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS), and mobile responsive development to accomplish this goal.

Pete Vandewater is the sales engineer, estimator and main website administrator for Clearfield Machine Company.

"We are extremely pleased with the personal relationship and consistent interaction we received from the staff at The Website Marketing Agency", Vandewater said. "We are impressed how TWMA was able to take a lot of information and make it easily accessible to our visitors on desktops as well as mobile devices. The ability to control just about all of the content on the site through the CMS was extremely important to us as a company to ensure we are growing our SEO efforts."
